Je hoeft alleen het eigen deel te ontmantelen en met licht en liefde te omarmen. Liefde en Aandacht Misschien vind je het niet fijn dat er in jou een gevoel leeft van walging naar de ander? Dit ben jij niet en zo wil je niet zijn. Je duwt dit schaduwdeel steeds verder weg, want je wordt er boos om. Het is nu tijd om deze stukken in de ogen aan te kijken. Ieder mens heeft een duale kant, een negatief stuk wat onzichtbaar gemaakt wordt. Je schaamt je ervoor, maar wegduwen is niet de juiste manier. Dit deel kun je niet zomaar buiten sluiten, het is een onderdeel van jouw beleving. Dit schaduwdeel is nooit gezien of gehoord en het wil positieve aandacht. Het innerlijk kind vraagt om antwoorden en uitleg, want dit schaduwdeel belast het innerlijk kind enorm, omdat dit de energie verzwaard. Verborgen Boosheid Een verborgen boosheid die onbewust binnenin je woedt gaat uitgezuiverd worden. De komende periode haalt vele diepe wonden naar boven en vaak worden deze teruggekaatst naar de omgeving. Wanneer je te heftig reageert op andere dan is de pijn nog niet opgelost en deze komt door een te grote overbelasting weer naar boven. Je richt deze emotie naar de buitenwereld, je familie of naar de politiek. Je hebt hier onbewust veel last van, maar je weet niet hoe het ontstaan is. Het vertroebeld je visie. Een negatieve fantasie veroorzaakt een illusie Zorg dat het trauma los wordt gekoppeld van een negatieve fantasie, het monster wordt zo steeds groter en gemener. De achterliggende oorzaak is een groot verdriet, de kinderogen zagen de schaduwen op de muur, maar begrepen deze niet. Waar komen zij vandaan? Er werd niets uitgelegd en de negatieve emotie bleef hangen, deze groeide uit tot een onbegrepen angst omringt door negatieve (kinder)fantasieën. Een duale wereld heeft ook schaduwkanten en nu koppelt het (innerlijk) kind de eigen demonen aan de schaduwen van deze wereld. De leegte in het hart zorgde voor een grote pijn en omdat het niet begreep waarom dit zo moest gaan, richtte het de schuld naar zichzelf en naar de buitenwereld. Het schuldgevoel zorgde voor een blijvende verstoring en de angel van de pijn werd niet verwijdert. LIEFDE EN AANDACHT KIND Kinderen die wel aandacht en liefde krijgen koppelen een positieve fantasie aan hun trauma, zodat er een creatieve uitlaadklep ontstaat die als overbrugging doorwerkt in hun leven. Een positieve reset, die zij steeds kunnen herhalen bij moeilijkheden. Een herhaling van het trauma hoefde niet meer plaats te vinden. Zij ontwikkelde een positief zelfbeeld en accepteren de duale wereld waarin ze leven vanuit empathie en balans. Het hogere bewustzijn wordt bereikt. NEGATIEVE STORING De negatieve storingen in het systeem kunnen opgelost worden, duw het niet weg maar geef het aandacht. Het wil gezien en gehoord worden. Haal het lelijke deel naar boven en bekijk het eerst vanuit een afstand, misschien ben je er bang voor? Het is immers het monster in de kelder. Voel wat er boven komt en besef: "Is dit de waarheid of de verwrongen visie van een gekwetst mens of kind?" Een mistig plafond houd het bewustzijn laag en door een oud patroon te doorbreken filter je de negatieve beïnvloeding weg. Geef het de aandacht en de uitleg die het nodig heeft, ook al roept het een vervelende herinnering op van iemand die hier mee verbonden is. Luister naar dit ongeziene deel en koppel de negatieve fantasie los. De negatieve lading is veel te groot geworden en niet reëel. Soms heb je hulp nodig om de angst die het omhult te doorbreken. De angst is gekoppeld aan een negatieve emotie waaruit een illusie voort komt. Daardoor wordt de angst nog groter en wordt het leven in deze chaotische tijd als zeer onveilig ervaren. Er ontstaat een vijandig gevoel tegen alles wat jou belemmerd en je kunt het niet meer los zien van het goede, omdat je deels vecht tegen je eigen schijnwereld. HSP EN HB Vooral hooggevoelige en hoogbegaafde personen dragen vaak beelden bij zich die verbonden zijn aan een pijnlijke ervaring. Zij ervaren het trauma heel intens, het overgevoelig zenuwstelsel reageert vanuit een diepe laag. Wanneer deze beleving wordt omarmt en wordt uitgelegd, kan deze sneller verwerkt worden. Dualiteit heeft twee verschillende kanten, maar deze verenigen is de nieuwe manier van oplossen.
